Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our fragrance products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
